Gussie’s Chicken & Waffle

The southern soul food restaurant is named after Executive Chef Michele Wilson’s grandmother, Gussie, and is inspired by her frequent visits to Gussie’s regionally famous kitchen in the Low Country, Georgia. The restaurant has a “Harlem of the West” feel and is decorated with heirloom family photos of Gussie herself.
